A malicious paragraph describes something or someone that is intentionally harmful, cruel, or mean-spirited. It often refers to actions, words, or intentions meant to cause damage, pain, or trouble.

His actions were not just reckless but deliberately harmful, aimed at causing chaos and financial loss.
